3. NO DUPLICATION. Read significant threads and topics FIRST with titles that might already answer your questions or attend to your needs. Questions which are either answered many times or are already thoroughly discussed under the Community Members’ Forum should not be asked under the Q & A Forum.

4. USEFUL Q & A TITLE. Start a question with a useful title that makes sense and explains briefly what you really need. This generally saves time as you are already giving the readers a bird’s eye view of your topic. Be specific though. General or generic questions may be tempered as it fails the requirement on being specific.

5. RESPOND TO QUESTIONS RESPONSIBLY. While expert advise is highly recommended, this does not prohibit anyone from responding to questions. However, do not offer answer or advise when you do not know what you are talking about. Do not copy paste any answer to the question from another forum as if it is your own.     paa nga meron eh, lahat naman ng parte ng manok may nabibili. punta ka palengke, kung magkano kilo ng isang manok same din price nun.

    samin, dipende sa part ng chicken breast tulad ng :

    Chicken breast with buto leeg = 110 pero kilo
    Chicken breast no leeg = 120-130 per kilo
    Chicken breast boneless, leegless ( fillet type ) = 160 per kilo

    Kung wala sa palengke niyo try mo sa mga supermarket such as savemore, hypermarket, rob supermarket etc etc.. yung sa magnolia kumpleto choice cut mas mahal nga lang kumpara sa palengke.

    5g protein daw per 50g serving ^_^ a good excuse to prepare pasta.

    calories in and out di yan depende kung pork, beef o kambing ulam mo kahit puro manok at isda pa kinakain mo kung lalagpas ka naman ng maintenance calories mo di ka talaga mag lolose ng weight alamin mo muna maintenance mo then start from there

    Naisip ko din yan, kaso after worout lang kasi sabi nya baka naman kasi before wo lumalamon ng sandamakmak na pagkain yan tas post wo konti kakainin nya, yun lang.

    i mean pag mga lutong bahay na pork like adobo,sinigang di ko kinakain pero kung mga lomo or grilled na beef kinakain ko naman after WO.

    ano ba pinag kaiba ng grilled na beef sa sinigang na beef, grilled pork at adobong pork di mo padin naiintindihan yung punto. Ang problemahin mo kinakain mo buong araw hindi yung pag ka tapos mo lang mag buhat, konti ka nga kumain pag ka buhat mo pero bago mag buhat sandamakmak naman kain mo edi wala din research ka pa tungkol sa nutrition tas subukan mong i-apply sa sarili mo pag gumana edi stick with it, gawa ka ng journal mo lagay mo food log mo at routine para matulungan ka ng mga tao dito.

    sir pag sinigang na baboy kasi compare mo sa lomo yung lomo laman lang talaga unlike sa sinigang na baboy na may taba taba dahil sa klase ng luto ang ibig kong sabihin yung healthy na pag luto,grilled chicken sa fried chicken diba mas healthy yung grilled.ang post meal ko sir onti lang quaker oats lang tapos tumitikim lang ako ng onting ulam minsan wheat bread saka tatake din kasi ako ng creatine ang pre wo meal ko is 3pm so pag lunch nag bbrown rice ako tapos dependa na sa ulam.

    Boss gawa kang journal ipost mo lahat ng kinakain mo sa isang araw saka ka ulit mag tanong, eto lang yan either tama yung iniisip ni ser dalton o kaya naka surplus ka padin kaya gumawa ka ng journal lagay mo weight height mo lahat
