guys ano ba maganda pang workout sa mga babae kasi gf ko gusto rin mag gym e pati mga kabarkada nia babae gusto sumama sakin kapag mag ggym ako. ano-ano mga workout ang maganda?sa gym kasi namin walang trainer e.. TIA!

    if you are referring to weight training workouts, then it is the same for men and women

    the only difference is that men are stronger

    just make sure you and your gf exercise with proper form and execution

    dude, its best to ask the resident trainer in your gym. unless walang alam yung trainer nyo.

    walang alam yung nagbabantay dun e hehe,, tsaka yung may ari naman ng gym namin bihira lang pumunta dun cia ang trainer dun,,

    Since wala din naman ako alam na workout para sa mga women...ito ginoogle ko para sayo

  • salamat sir red.. katatapos lang namin kanina mag gym ng gf ko pinagcardio ko muna siya tapos biceps and abs konting legs workout.

    It is the same workout with men

    The only thing I noticed with that website is that it focuses on arm exercises


    It is better if your gf will focus on compound exercises like squats, dead lifts, and bench press

    By the way, if someone advises that your gf should lift light weights for a high number of repetitions, don't listen to that person

    Squat 3sets
    Leg Press 2sets
    Lying Leg Curl 3sets
    Calves = 3-4sets

  • hehe salamat mga masters..payat naman cia e pero gusto nia yung mga fats nia e mawala kagaya ng nasa braso nia mejo may taba kaya pina biceps curl ko siya kanina tapos legs workout.. ayos katawan ni jaime malufet.
