    Gud am sa inyo, sir matanong ko lng pwde po ba ipgsaby ang pagtake ng creatine ang amino? Creatine for pre and amino for after gym.

    sa chest.. tignan mo kung proper form mo, pinch ang shoulder blade sa likod.. medyo arc ang katawan at flat feet.. try ang hip drive.. yan lang naman nababasa ko at nakikita sa youtube :D

    hip drive?... your talking 'bout squats. On bench press, it's more like leg drive.

    Nrrng ko kasi high reps pero light ang weit. About 15-25 reps 4 sets. Eh kung heavy plge amg prgram hnd kaya mapgod ang muscle at hnd lalaki?Sir kung didiet ba hnd ba liliit tingnan?     ^Kaya ka nga nagpunta sa gym para ma challenge ang muscles mo para lumaki, kaya nga isa pang term sa weight lifting ay "resistance training".

    my spot po kpag heavy ako sa chest nasa 220lbs pero puro spot i think hnd tama un.

    And sa diet konteng rice lng sa breakfast ang lunch sa dinner vegetables only.

    oh there you go. youre expecting to grow from a cutting diet. kahit na gaano pa ka bigat binubuhat mo at kung ano pang program ang gamit mo di ka nga lalaki or makaka kita ng gains from your 2 years of lifting kung kain manok ang ginagawa mo. sorry to say pero you failed your 2 years in the gym.

    Tama! yan ang sinabi nila sakin noong GWO! Masyado ako nagfocus sa pagpapaliit ng bilbil kaya kaing sirena!

    Ngayon talagang kinakain ko na yung lutong 450g white rice ( weighted uncooked ) or pag nakalimutan timbangin mga 1 kilo o 1 kalderong kanin ang food ko after work out, good results pa naman especially sa abdnominal area na nagbobother ang iba pag nagkanin!

    Tska sir ung nagpapabulky ako nagtatake ako ng mass gainer plus lamon ngaun gsto ko pacutting.

    yeah.. kain dami para laki muscles..

    nagtataka lang ako.. di ka satisfied sa chest mo pero gusto mo na mag cutting.. =) dapat satisfied ka na sa katawan mo then cutting nah.. pero sa akin lang naman yan.. kung goal mo na ay magka visible ung abs.. go.. pero hirap mag cutting.. less mo na kain mo.. kung madali sau bilangin ang calories mo eh less than 500 sa maintenance mo.. yan lang naman nababasa ko.. di pa kasi ang try cutting =)

    para sakin dipende sa diskarte mo yan. For me it's good to eat starchy carbs after workout because you need to replace your depleted glycogen.. And as long as you know your macros on your training day ( wag lang lalagpas ng +500 cals )you're on a good path pa rin meaning clean bulking pero once you exceeded your TDEE+500cals kunwari 5000k calories ka ,good luck sa timbang mo.

    Honestly I have my own ways of bulking style since naka body recomp method ako. It's just me, dahil it works on me. Sa iba hindi sa iba gagana rin.
