    yung mutant whey nya. Pag 3x a day mo ginawa yan mostly 21 days or wala pa 1 month bago maubos. Tumagal yung Last ko nung dinadaan ko sa pagkain at buffer lang yung Mutant Whey kung kinulang ( tinatarget ko kasi noon 200g + protein ) well yeah utot power talaga ehehehe

    Mayaman naman kayo eh kaya kahit i 4x niyo pa :)

    Matagal na ako utot ng utot ^_^ pero mas gumanda tiyan ko nung nag IF ako... pero normal parin utot ko ganun parin la pinag bago :D

    Weird ngayon mga kasama ko sa gym, may isa mag leleg press lalagay malalaki weights tapos ibaba kaunti tapos picturan sarili nya tapos angat agad... nakaka ilang lang kasi may flash pa... nag alternating up nangkaunti tapos ngiti sa cam...

    Meron naman isa... lahat exercise machine kulang nalang squat rack gagamitin tapos pag makikihati sasabihin gamit nya.... errrrr
