Check my workout routine.

One part a day po sana yung banat ko sa katawan ko ngayong month ng april mga sir. :sport:

Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - Triceps
Thursday - RD
Friday - Biceps
Saturday - RD
Sunday - Shoulder and Legs

Tapos hindi po nawawala dyan yung 15mins bike ko at abs program ko.

    Hi sir..ok nmn ung program mo..but u can compress it by having an arms day or incorpoating it on chest or back day..also u can have a separate day for legs :^^ just a suggestion ..

    ilang exercises ba ang biceps mo and triceps?? at kailangan talagang tag isang araw sila??

    Tig 5 programs po sila sir, pati po dun sa ibang programs tig 5 din po.

    Masyado po kasi akong napapagod pag pinagsasabay ko yung Chest Triceps at Back Biceps eh, minsan pag Triceps na hindi ko na masyado mabuhat gawa ng pagod, nag cacardio pa po kasi ako after eh.

    More importantly do you have squats and deadlifts in your program? How long have youbeen lifting and what are your current lifts for you to dedicate 2 DAYS for arms alone?

    Yung deadlift sa back workout ko lang po siya ginagawa, yung squats naman sa leg workout ko lang po siya ginagawa, okay lang ba yun? .. uhmm, 1hour po pinakamatagal ko na po yun sa pagbubuhat lage, 5programs per body part po kasi ginagawa ko ngayon.
