    Judging the pic(in his avatar), I think may pagka-meso nga siya. Kasi he's not frail nor corpulent looking eh. Considering na baguhan siya sa BB eh tama lang yung bodytype niya.

    But just to be sure, try measuring the girth size of your wrist and neck. And marami namang mga online bodytype test/calc diyan eh....:)

    di ko sure kung tama ang tingin ko medyo maliit kasi ang avatar nya pero parang may konting fats sa belly area


    bihira kasi ang pure body types. madalas ay kombinasyon

    ako, parang endomorph na may konting qualities ng ectomorph

    payat kasi ako noon at may taba sa tiyan. mabagal ang metabolism ko at madali akong tumaba

    pag nag-workout ka na, dun mo malalaman kung ano mas dominant

    pag mabilis ka mag-gain ng muscle at madali para sa'yo ang magbawas ng taba, mesomorph ang dominant sa'yo

    syempre, dapat healthy foods

    For a healthy life balance diet is most important, we should take the specific amount of the iron and protein as carbohydrate etc.Then there will least chance of any diseases.

    my advice bro
    focus on 6-8 reps meso types maganda ang results sa heavy training.
    diet syempre need to watch for fat intake and cardio to stay lean.
