To gain or to lose weight?

I'm quite confused po kasi to wether lose or to gain weight. I'm 5'8", 142lbs right now. I want to get a better body, stronger and better looking. Gusto ko mag-gain para mas malaki muscles kaso malaki ang tyan ko. 34" waist line. Baka pag nag-gain ako, lalo pa lumaki yun. So I'm confused kung kakain ba ako ng mas marami or magbabawas? Thanks!

    you must lose your belly fat first by eating less. This is what they call "CALORIE DEFICITS".
    You eat less calories of your required daily calories intake.

    how to do this? diet, cardio, resistance training or lifting weights.

    After all your body fat is gone this is the time to build lean muscle by eating more calories , more than of your required daily calories intake.

    may journal knaba boss??gawa ka sana tapos my picture.. remember lng po kung mag cut ka make sure lang n may i cu cut k tlga.. or you will end up na mukang bamboo stick tapos yung tyan mo e halos ma iinis kpa din at sa huli ma didismaya ka lang..halos lahat nmn problema yung tyan e.. halos mag kasing laki lng tayo sr.. pero im 182-185lbs as of the moment pag nag cutting na ako tingin ko good nmn kaso tinatamad ako niahaha.. ang skin lng kung 142lbs tapos mag cu cut ka tingin mo anu result?...focus ka muna sa pag gain ng "lean mass" para pag nag cutting ka e may maiiwan na masel masel sa ktwan mo..ska kung sa tyan ka lang mag fofocus walang mang yayare IMHO.

    yun nga dn isa kong iniicp. medyo manipis arms ko eh. haha pero di nmn sa tyan lang ako nagfofocus. SL 5x5 nga yung gamit kong program ngayun para madami muscles agad ma-target. Pano ba yung journal sir? ano gngwa dun? haha

    yan maganda yang 5x5 kung tingin mo manipis kpa wag ka muna mag cut pag matataas na stats mo ayos yan pati nmn ksi sa core may tama lahat yan...sa menu sr sa taas tas click mo lng yung members journal dun pde kna gumawa.

    You have an excellent body, just reshape it with quality workout and eating healthy diet. Being healthy and looking better you have to loss some pounds. Stay motivated and be consistent.

  • Hey Guys well i think that if you are fat then you must losing your extra weight and make your body smart but if you are thin then you should to gain weight like eating more and use supplements.Thanks!!

    The answer is simple :D
    If you feel that you don't have enough muscle mass to cut, then clean bulk
    if you feel that you have enough muscle mass to cut OR you want to cut back our bodyfat, then cut :)
    it's a personal choice
