Mga sir tanung ko lang po ok lang ba Chest/Bicep, Back/Triceps, at Shoulder/Leg eto po kc binigay na program sa akin sa pinag gygyman ko.karamihan kasi ng nababasa ko Chest/Tricep, Back/Bicep. Salamat po.

    basta di magkasunod na araw
    parang ganto
    MONDAY = Chest+bi's
    WEDNESDAY = Back+Tri's


    kase pag nag Chest+Bi's ka,tapos next day nun,Back+Tri's
    kelangan mo ung Bi's mo para mag pull exercise,(di ba nga,kelangan munang mag rest ng muscles bago intense workout ulit?)
    so un ung fact ko,
    pero kung gumagana sayo,then carry on
