Eat-All-You-Can Restaurants for Practitioners of Intermittent Fasting

## Introduction ##

Intermittent Fasting practitioners usually eats 2 to 3 meals a day with the 1st meal being the largest. There are times when we can't bring home-cooked foods and we have to eat at restaurants. I've tried many so-called "value" meals priced at P 75 or lower but they don't offer good value for the money. Why ? Their so-called "value" meal usually includes 4 to 5 small chunks of meat, one side dish, and one cup of rice. I have to order 4 value meals and I'm still not satisfied. That is just P 300 I've wasted

My solution ? Eat-all-you-can restaurants. I know you might be thinking that it is expensive but if you compute for the total cost of getting a huge part of your daily nutrition needs at those so-called "value" meals, eat-all-you-can will be cheaper.

Of course, nothing beats home-cooked food in terms of cost. But if you are going to eat outside, I believe eat-all-you-can offers a good value for the money

    Itong ito yung kinain ko Sunday night.
    Pasintabi sa iba, pero hindi ko nagustuhan lasa ng mga pagkain nila.
    Yung tipong pinilit ko kumain ng marami kasi para masulit yun buffet, pero hindi dahil nasarapan ako sa pagkain.

    Pero anyway. decent price naman. You get what you pay for.

    @Chef de Angelo.
    Yan ang sulit! Pasta, Pizza, Fried rice, Ulam, salad, etc etc..
