Long time lurker here

Tagal ko nang nagbabasa dito. Siguro mga 5 months na. Kaso ngayon ko lang ako gumawa ng account. I already lost about 20 kilos during that span of time. Right now struggling to lose the other 20 kilos left to reach my ideal weight which is about 80 to 85 kgs.

Started to do Dukan diet muna then stationary bike. Hanggang level up na sa HIIT sa bike. Then 2 months ago started to do the P90X program. OK naman sya for me coz I can see progress (getting stronger and some muscle). Mahirap lang kasi 6 days in a week mo sya gagawin. So di pa rin religiously doing it. Problema ko rin ang cardio part nung program coz I'm a smoker kaya hingal to the highest level pag tinatry kong habulin ung nasa video haha.

Baka next month hopefully makapag gym na. Dati I hesitate kasi hirap ang core ko (weak knees, can't squat or lunge)

  • Tried to post sa PM7 experience kaso di pa pala ako pwede dun. I already tried 3 bags. Okay naman sya for me. Kaso I suspect it causes me to have pimples/breakouts. Anybody have the same experience? Ginagawa ko nalang green tea cleanser after waking/before sleep. Namiminimize naman ung breakouts.

    It's either that or I've read kasi na if your testosterone level go up daw. Nagkakapimples talaga.

    well actually that is one another is yung increase intake ng protein (amino acids) since nagaadjust pa most likely ung katawan nyo sa protein. kaya gaya ng sabi ng mga matatanda nakaka tighyawat ang pagkain ng mani coz peanut is also protein :)

    Yeah. Siguro nga. Madalang nako magkapimples after I reached the age of 20. 34 na ako ngayon tapos biglang nagsulputan. Andami lalo na sa may chin/lower cheeks area.

    Marami din gym dito. Kaso I'm about 1 hour away from the city proper so di ko lahat kabisado ang mga magagandang gym dito.
