Greetings introduction from a newbie finally find this helpful site
Hi, I started running on 2012 at 73kls which is far away of my regular weight of 60kls vs my height (5'5). With combined once a week running/jogging at U.P Diliman at 8 round cycle no stop and healthy diet eat less 4x/day.
After 1 year i went back to 60kls, I'm into serious weightlifting, I need programs that i can used weekly. Please help. Thanks
