Newbie trying to lose weight and gain some muscle.

Hi guys, newbie here from Navotas. Overweight po ako and I only started working out a week ago, niyaya lang ako ng pinsan ko. Hopefully pumayat ako and magkaroon na rin kahit konting muscles. :sport:

    Lagi natin tatandaan sa larangang ito kelangan ng disiplina, pasyon at dedikasyon.. 50% kitchen diet 30% gym 20% rest :)
  • I have a friend who is kinda fat, he went to the gym with me for some time kaso he lost hope. Basta keep on believing lang at syempre workout, do Cardio and wag mo isipin yung mga iiisipin ng ibang tao around you just think na one day you;ll get out of that body. Dedication lang talaga
