  • In my opinion, Protein powder + food is much better. Still, if di pa rin kaya maabot ang target macros, then i personally feel na dito na maganda gumamit ng mass gainers. Serious mass is loaded with 25g protein and 126g carbs and 624 calories per scoop.

    Thanks tol, so far maganda naman ang epekto sakin post work out, medyo hinahaluan ko
    lang paminsan ng milk with banana or mango para maiba ng onti ang taste. Nakakasawa kase ung lasa. Hehe.Sir kopi, incoming 1st year resident pa lang. So hindi pa masyado maeexpose sa OR. Hehe.
