Hi mga tol.. bago lang d2 pero nababasa ko mga post nyo.. nice Forum and info all about workouts , supplements and etc,... hahaha

gxto ko rn makakuha ng ideas para sa proper at set goals para increase ko pa yng power-lift ko h hehe..:lolHi am new here.. !! i have question abou sa proper taking ng mutant mass sna..

plan ko ksi mass gain. so magtatake na ku ng mutang mass .. yun naging suggest skn ng barkada ko.. gxto ko lang sana ask kung may proper taking ba ng mutang mass.. chaka ask ko din ksi mdyo may problema dn aku sa powerlifting.. panu ba improve yng powerlifting ko mostly right hand ko mahina ksi.. :)

    Mas mgnda kung dadamihan m ang kain kesa umasa sa supplement :^^ for the lifting i suggest n bsta iworkout m ung other hand hanggang masanay eventually lalakas din yan ksabay ng dominant hand mo :^^

  • i used to have same issue, right hand was stronger than left and more defined. i just worked the left arm a few more reps each time and after a while, it caught up to my right arm. ;)

    madami padin meals ko. pero on diet process din me so hndi yng over sa rice ang kain ko .. nagpapa alis me ksi ng belly fats dhl sa alak haha... more cardio din gngwa ko .. pero d ba magiging useless yng pag take ko ng mutant mass dhl ng cacardio aku .. like jogging ng 10k .. every sunday...

    pero gingwa ko ksi sa pag take ng mutant 1 scoop morning bago pumasok sa work

    then 1 scoop ulit before workout sa gabi and 1 scoop ulit after workout.. ok lang ba toh?:sport:

    ng Aamino 2222 din aku. pero parang la ku nararamdaman effect.. anu ba maganda itake na amino acid..?

    Sa Bahay lang me workout kpg weekdays ksi may work me mostly 9pm workout. at d full eqpment aku sa hauz..

    Sat and sunday lang nakaka full tym workout..

    Ask k lang anu effective at magnda itake na amino acid / suppliment para ma maintained yng cuts.. ksi mostly kpg d ku nakapag gym ng 2-3 days dhl sa conflict sa work.. napapansin ko lumiliit at nwwla yng cuts e. :)
