    ito talaga ang weakness ko at saka yung overhead press....

    ang problema ko lang kapag unracking na ng bar,parang nawawala yung tightness ng likod ko, parang dumudulas...hehe

    ganda ng thread na to.

    ako rin po, nagkukuyakoy ang paa. kainis nga eh. unconsciously ko nagagawa. sinasabihan ako to stabilize my feet. ang kulit ko. hehehe.

    pagdating naman sa back, nag arch rin yung back ko. i have no idea kung tama yun. it just naturally arches itself lalo na pag paubos na ang lakas ko. akala ko ako lang ang ganun. marami pala.

    i haven't really explored with other grips such as wide and narrow grips. gagawin ko yun next time pag confident na ako. pakunti-kunti lang muna.

    ouch! grabe... kung ako yan iniislide ko na yung plates or pagugulungin ko yung bar till waist ...dami nyang mali... para sakin anliit ng room for width at ang sikip!

    At mukang hindi siya nag warm up sets. Dahil kung nag warm up sets yan alam niyang mali yung bar na gamit niya.

    Hmmm.. wala talagang natawa?

    Yung ganyang bench at bar home bench yan e.
    Ganyan yung libreng bar at plates sa bench ko masiyadong maiksi kaya hindi safe sa BP.

    ay.. wala pa naka pag post nito... post ko na din since maganda yung pag kuha from the top at yung few pointers nila.

    Sa flat DB press I am doing the wrong way.
    Sa flat BB press not sure, I'll have to check next chest day.
