I have Vitiligo, Its just a pigmentation disorder that basically my immune system fights off pigment cells and loses its color. There were some random spots on my skin, eventually it will take over on my body but not my well-being or my life.

Yes, it bothered me because I didn't know how to explain it to people... and some people were ignorant.

I just involved myself with what I do best, and I've always had lots of friends. Either accept me or you won't and if it's because of my skin then you've got bigger issues than I do. I just don't care, it doesn't bother me. It's something that makes me who I am. It is me and it's never hindered me in any way.

    Thanks sir! Sana gumanda rin katawan tulad nyo! Nahihiya pa ko ipost yung latest ko since di pa noticable sa week 8 using Stronglifts 5x5 na suited sa sched ko.Here's my starter fast food body as a call center boy.. Laking jollibee, BK, mcdo, wendy's, kfc. Humihinga pa ko nyan ng malalim hehehe pero butete.


    Eto po pala ang late October- early November pic as I started my training ( bara bara muna that time, threadmill, gym gyman na kung ano anong tinuturo , but I started Stronglifts on November 20ish )

    Hopefully may improvement na sa January 2013.. well sabi sa opis lumiit na daw chan ko at first my bell 36" now 31" hehe iniwasan ko an pumunta ng fast food chains dito sa emerald hehe

    200 lbs 5x5 Monday. Ang 5 lbs incrementation ko is every balik ko ng squat like bukas 205 lbs? Tama ba? O mali?

    sa tingin ko naman sir ay tama po ang ginagawa niyo, taas na ng buhat niyo sa overhead sir, diyan ako hirap tsaka sa bench press...hehe

    Yun nga eh, ambigat nga sobra, idedeload ko yan sa friday.. hirap ako eh. It's been 2 sessions na may spotter ako kaya la ko choice. hehehe babagsak ko ng 80 lbs yan for sure.

    sana nga tama, sana may input yung mga master natin dito

    Welcome sir. tama naman yung ginagawa mo sir, add 5 lbs every session. nice numbers, imba lakas magsquats. parang iwan lang yung deadlift mo sir

    pero napansin ko lang sir yung squats niyo ay mataas pero yung deadlift ay medyo mababa, di po ba dapat mas mataas ng konti yung lift sa deadlift kesa sa squats? ( pakicorrect na lang po kung mali ako...hehe )

    Yun nga napansin ko eh, baka mali pagkakaintindi ko ng incrementation ng Deadlifts ko 5 lang kasi. Ang alam ko dapat mas mabigat si DL kesa kay squats..

    Saka natatandaan ko nahinto ko to dahil sumakit yung likod ko noon ng isang linggo dahil sa maling form. Pero ngayon okay na, parang gusto ko nga sana i jump ng 200 agad hahaha kso baka mapasama pa

    try niyo muna warp up sets, then saka niyo ihit yung 200 lbs na deadlift sir

    parang pede ata iincrement si dl ng 10lbs or get your 1rm tas dun ka nalang din magbase. pero make sure na full rom ang lahat ng movements mo and proper form. di baleng magbaba ka ng poundage. mahirap maginjury eh hehe.
