    ang main protein source ko talaga eggs, meat and soya.. after workouts umiinom ako ng soya. so far ok naman.. peru salamat sa info..

  • Help naman mga tol... anu best workouts niyo for calves? ok naman ung upper body ko peru genetically i have smaller legs kahit anu gawin kong workout (usually calf raises). based on experience anu ginawa niyo for getting bigger calves. pls share lalo na sa mga naka experince din ng ganito... tnx

    di ba, may tama na sa buong legs ang squats at dead lifts ?

    calves need more love compared to other bodyparts. Ive read somewhere na pwede nga tirahin ng tirahin to eh. Catn really say kasi malaki calves ko hehehehe

    Same problem sir.
    Ok naman stats ko for standing calves raises pero liit pa din calves ko hehe.
    Mula talaga pagkabata payatin na calves ko e isa pa hindi ako athletic.
    Tiyagain mo lang din siguro sir lalaki din yan :)

    Ive been working my calves for a year, esp calf raises.. peru nagdefine lang peru ganun pa rin kalaki kaya lagi na lang ako nka jogging pants sa gym. ahai

    swerte niyo sir. may nabasa din kc akong article na once a week lang pwede iworkout ang calves para mag gain ng muscle at lumapad. try to work it out often than usual. ty sa info sir
