Pricking pain in wrist

This is my first time to have an injury on my wrists. I was doing barbell curl when I suddenly felt a pricking pain in my left wrist. I immediately stopped. I was wearing gloves with a wrist wrapper. My wrist is fine now and does not seem to have that pricking pain but I see a red bruise on my wrist. I suspect its a vain that bursted.

Did something like this happen to you guys? How long did you rest your wrist?

    Sakin sumakit din dati pero dahil sa squats. ginagamit kong pang support nung bar kasi nabibigatan likod ko and nagsslip. pero yung pain naman di tumatagal. tipong buong session lang masakit and few hours after wala na.

    ganyan din ako sir sakit sa wrist after mag squats. pero nawawala din agad, minsan natatakot ako eh akala ko ma iinjury. nasanay na din ako sa sakit. hehe

    ^Sakin naman di na sumasakit ngayon masyado. I learned that keeping my back tight as hell less effort galing sa wrists. Dati kasi hindi super tight. ngayon super tight na. hehe.

    guys, tanong ko lang, base sa mga experience nyo (kung meron), may injury kasi ako sa left wrist ko. di ko alam kung sa maling form ng execution ng pag upright row ko or sa bb shrugs ko? di ko alam kung naipitan ng ugat or nabatak ung bones (siguro)
    Plan ko ipa xray pero gusto ko muna malaman kung may naka experience na baka kasi naipitan lang or ano. sa mga PULL exercises sya masakit pero pag PUSH hindi. salamat po

    Kanina nag upright row ako tapos sa left wrist ko rin ang sumakit. Kanina lang yun nangyari pero kaya parin naman mag execute ng upright rows.
