    Effective siya pre, maski officemate ko nagulat sakin parang naging "BUFF" daw ung shoulders ko

    Oks na ok talaga yang program ni Doriam gamit ko rin yan, sa mga newbie siguro konting conditioning muna bago i try , intense din kasi.

    napanod ko yan ah yung workout program nya..halos napapasigaw siya lagi hehe..dapat talaga may spot ka pag chest day..tapos ung deadlift nya eh hndi dumidikit sa floor...

    ou pre mas maganda me partner ka or at least spotter man lang. lalo na kasi pati negative part ng exercise ife-failure mo eh.

    @dnowz ako kasi nasanay walang spotter pag low reps like 5-7 na calculate ko na kagad kung kakayanin ko yung bigat, pero pag 10 Reps minsan bumibigay pag 8-9 tapos yung last rep hirap na hirap pag heavy.

    Pero pag sa low Reps like 5-7 kayang kaya naman kahit la ako spotter.

    Sa bahay lang din ako ng work out kanina dahil maulan eh. Medyo light dahil kulang pa ang plates ko sa bahay.

    Squat (Ang hirap pag walang squat rack)
    Overhead Press
    Pendlay Rows

    Yun lang hehe. Pahinga muna sa work out bukas. :)

    pahinga for 2 days! dapat 1 day lang e, dumating kasi si utol galing KSA kaya nangulimbat ng mga goods muna hehe. Chest biceps ako mamaya.

    tnry ko yung routine ni DY. woooooooooooooo SARAP!! at 1 hr 5 mins lang tapos na ko. ang sarap nung pagsikip ng biceps ko hahaha.
