For the mean time kontento naman ako sa aking naabot.
Two weeks ago I've been reading one of the journals here about IF. May guide linking to the website and roughly browsed. Since tamad ako magbasa, kinuha ko lang yung general idea
So 16/8 (Fast/Non-fast Cycle). simple lang pala.
1st two days medyo mahirap. so ginawa ko munang 12/12, then the next day, 14/10, then 16/8 and stick with it until now.
After two weeks nag-lose ako ng 6 whopping lbs! And I don't think think I've given much effort especially sa kinakain ko. Ma-carbs pa rin ako but I added eat protein rich foods like fish (steamed), chicken and nuts. Surprisingly yung cravings ko for junk food nawala.
Right now, I think I had a good start. Plan ko mas linisin further yung diet ko and start going to the gym again.
