Ultimate Nutrition Creatine Monohydrate - Review
Compared with other CreaMono powder products I've tried (I haven't tried the capsule/tablet forms yet, mahal kasi), Ultimate Nutrition's was the best for me.
Note: I did not undergo the traditional "loading phase" of creatine supplementation. Instead, I took 5g of creatine everyday (both rest days and training days) for a month, then switched to 10g (5g pre workout, 5g postworkout) during training days only.
Effective 'tong product. Lahat ng effects ng creatine monohydrate naramdaman ko naman (increased endurance & strength). Mas matagal nga lang mag-take effect fully kasi iba yung mode ng supplementation ko (walang loading phase).
