Setup my own home gym. A power cage, olympic bar and plates, tractor rubber matting, adjustable bench, 4 ft punching bag.
Started SL 5x5 last January, I can say that my gains (both strength and physique) are way better over the years I've been in lifting. Maybe the focus and consistency are the main reasons why I got those results.
I am thinking of continuing SL 5x5 or try other strength programs available. Please send me suggestions what to do next, etc. Thanks in advance.
