    Ramping pataas eg. 50,60,70,80,90,100.

    Actually kahit hindi mo naman sundin exactly program at mga exercise pwede mo i tweak. Yung pinaka core ng 5x5 is lift heavy tapos hindi sya train to failure kaya pwede mo i train yung same bodypart 2-3x a week.


    nasa darkside/juice kaba ngayon ?

    sensya na pareng miguel dto paku sa journal mu nag tatanung..
    NO sir ALL NATURAL pa ako whey and creatine lang supli ko..pinag pa planuhan kuna mag darkside pag tungtung ko ng 21 yrs old haha.. ewan ku kung itutuloy ko or what nag iisip pa ako e madami pa kc dapat i consider.

    ok ba to?..yung Ramping weight to top set of 5 reps across 5 sets sr anu yun di ku ma gets e?? ok lng ba to bakit gnun walang bicep,tricep,shoulder na workout?? sensya na po sa tanung wala kc ako idea sa ganitong program salamat!!! saka sir problem ku kaya si tlga ako nag ssquats kc ang sakit ng bakal sa likod e.

    The compound lifts will take care of the minor muscle groups also, this should be the least of your worries. I haven't seen anyone who lifts heavy on those compound lifts that doesn't have an impressive physique.

    Do not tweak the program especially if your just a beginner. Follow it as it is written.

    Lastly this is my own take on not doing squats. If you don't do squats because "it hurts" then better stay home, sit on the couch and watch TV. Squats ain't called the "king" of compound lifts for nothing.

    ^ ito bro yung friend ko yung naka white yung naka black yung nag turo sa canton diet..you decide hahaha...pag bulking daw nag canton diet sya pero di nmn consistent minsan daw every other day daw.. pero sa 1 week nakaka dami dami daw sya ng canton while bulking..mr8vvr.jpg

    yang tropa ku na yan nag 200 na yan sa bench press samantalang ako huhuhuh!!! masipag kc talaga yan mag gym..solid yan mag bulk pramis kain halimaw yan e.. 19 years old palang yan hayup na ktwan peste!!nung last na kita nmin nag sukat ng braso nasa 17inch na sya naka flex inngit ako e hahaha!!

    oks naman pala ang katawan niya! matry ko nga yung canton na yan papsi. tapos lagyan ko ng itlog no? hahaha salamat sa pagpakita ng pic bro!!:yahoo:

    wag ka mainggit, gawin mong inspiration.. in due time makakaya mo din yang 200 lbs .... mainggit ka pag starting nya sa bench eh 300-400 lbs agad ehehehe:bench:.. "kain halimaw" tinamaan ata ako dun ah ehehe:tongue:

    hahaha anglakas mo nga magkanin eh. ako pinipilit ko talaga kumain ng madami kahit masuka suka na ako. anglupit talaga ng laman mo papsi hahaha:sport::sport:

    wag mo kc biglain.... subukan mo kumain ng madalas pero in moderate amounts.. taops increase mo gradually yung amount ng food para maka adjust yung stomach mo hehehe parang pag "first time ng gf" dahan-dahan muna at hindi puwedeng biglain :lol

    atleast madami din ako natututunan diba. di ko nga alam yung ramping na yun eh. :heavy::heavy:

    salamat sir oak sa info. lupit mo talaga! minsan kasi tinatamad ako magresearch eh. :blush:
    ngayon alam ko na yung significance ng squats. 5x5 din kasi program ko pero kay mehdi yung stronglifts.

    @ miguel oo boss dalawang egg daw ginagwa nya pero depende nmn yan sau kung ilan gustu mu basta kain lng ng kain pero dapat clean!!! anu progress mu sa 5x5 may increase nmn ba sa strenght and performance???
  • Brader, sent template for 5x5. Palitan mo na lang ung mga max na nka-set dun dpende sa kung ano max na kya for each on 3-5 reps, preferably 5.

    hindi ko pa masasabi tol kasi i've lifted heavier before. itong 5x5 ni mehdi talagang nagsimula ako sa olympic bar kasi sinuggest nya yun. sa Bench ko di ko pa naaabot yung dati kong binubuhat kasi sinusunod ko talaga yung program na add 5lbs lang per workout.
    pero sa deadlift tol nahigitan ko na yung dati kong ginagawa kasi you're gonna have to add 10lbs per workout dun.off to the gym! will do:
    squat 115lbs 5x5
    bench P 80lbs 5x5
    barbell rows 100lbs 5x5

    Monday (Heavy Day - > 85%)
    Back Squats: 5 x 5 Ramping weight to top set of 5 reps across 5 sets
    Bench Press: 5 x 5 Ramping weight to top set of 5 reps across 5 sets
    Deadlifts: 5 x 5 Ramping weight to top set of 5 reps across 5 sets

    Wednesday (Light Day - <70%)
    Back Squats: 5 x 5 using 60% of Monday's weight
    Bench Press: 5 x 5 using 60% of Monday's weight
    Pullups: 5 x 5 Ramping weight to top set of 5 reps across 5 sets

    Friday (Medium Day - 70-85%)
    Back Squats: 5 x 5 using 80% of Monday's weight
    Bench Press: 5 x 5 using 80% of Monday's weight
    Rows: 5 x 5 Ramping weight to top set of 5 reps across 5 sets

    ^Wag di stable ang bar pag may foam. make sure to really tighten your upperback and develop your traps and upperback makakasanayan mo din yan.

    tapos na ako sa week 5. so far ang challenging para sakin eh yung squats at deadlifts. medyo nagsstall na ako. pero kaya pa. kaya yan! hehe.:sport:

    ^merong part sa back natin tol na lalagyanan ng barbell, yung hindi masasaktan yung likod mo.hanapin mo lang seryoso hahaha.
    oo tol mas okay ang barbell squats talaga.

    ganyan talaga sa umpisa yan sir masakit sa likod, but like mighty said develop ur traps and upper back by doing back exercise of course like DLs and Rowing exercises.

    uh... depende sa klase ng rows na gagawin if i remember it right, pag "pendlay rows" is ganun ang execution. though i may be wrong.
