    kahit regular days ok yan. chicken and cheese lang naman yan tapos gulay lang gawa yung sauce. All protein, trace carbs, very low fat. Yung fat nyan halos sa meat lang galing tapos konti from cheese.

    You don't have to wait for cheat day to enjoy that, brother! That's potassium, healthy fats and a bit of protein for you! Ang ginagamit ko eh yung crunchy na peanut butter para ice cream na ice cream ang dating. Hehe.

    Ganyan usually ginagawa ko pag malapit na masira yung mga saging. Binabalatan ko na tapos nilalagay ko sa plastic ng yelo tapos freezer na. It's either isasama ko sa whey protein na parang ice cubes or sasamahan ko ng peanut butter parang ice cream.

    Pwede mo din lagyan ng konti cinnamon for added flavor.

    yep bro, but im doing a new diet, so im avoiding all the sugars as much as possible. as ina s much as posible chaka parang rewarding sakin ung cheat day tho i kno na pwede naman tlga yan pero i would like to keep my diet strict medyo motivational Ish nadin sakin to look forward to that cheat day.just my perspective :) cheers

    Ah sabagay nung nag-l-lose pa lang ako ng weight eh I avoided all fruits.
