Energy Drink,what's your take?

You want to hit the gym, your mind is telling you YES but your body is not cooperating...Feeling weak you drag your lazy *** to the nearest store and grab yourself a bottle of energy drink,downing it immediately you feel refreshed, energized and immediately wanting to pump some iron?

What's your take?


Sugar rush, caffeine, energy releasing vitamins etc??

    Yung mga Cobra daw and the likes, mostly sugar lang daw yun sa una ok, pero may drawback daw..
    yung iba naman mataas caffeine..

    ako bawang at saging kinakain ko... wag mo nga lang ako kausapin sa gym..wakeke!!

    Cobra is just sugar and a bunch of crap in a bottle. Kung gusto nyo talaga ng pump, better go for the products that're actually formulated to provide you with that boost in the gym and whatever additional profiles they have (like BCAAs and retaining muscle mass, etc.)

    2 to 4 cloves of garlic pre-workout for added Testosterone=strength
    yung banana naman potassium=energy and to avoid muscle cramps...
    natural pa mga yan...

    kung wala kayong nerbyos at hyper tension kape pa din ang pinaka mabisang pampagana at pang gising ng tulog na diwa habang nag bubuhat!

    True, its mostly the caffeine in coffee that's does it...Giving you a zip when you need one.
    Sadly I don't drink coffee(personal choice)...

    Don't forget your B-vitamins, they are not dubbed "Energy vitamins" for no reason..:)

    i drink COBRA pag talagang wala ako sa rhythm ko. Un lang i work out at 7pm and i sleep na around 1-2am ;(

    I tried extra joss before i dunno if it really works ... Pero most of the time coffee lang ako and banana.

    Nakakatakot mag energy drink sa gym eh. Parang temporary lang bigay nun. Ndi ko nagagamit sa tunay na buhay.

    Ok na water sakin or propel.

    energy drinks such as cobra, extra joss, or sting are just carbonated drinks with sugar and caffeine. one thing for sure, they dont work for me anymore.

    Yeah, just munch down 2 cloves of raw garlic, coz if you cook it you take most of it's effect.
    Garlic is a potent anabolic agent,it increases "T" levels..:)
