    LEGS mamaya,at baka bukas back hindi na deltoids...halos twice a week sa chest,legs at lalo na sa back. lol ayoko muna dun sa gym na pinag bubuhatan ko,taena masama na ihip ng hangin dun simula ng mag benta ako ng supplement sa mga members.. lol

    badtrip wala tlg masyado oras mag focus sa nutrition,back to hula mode ng macro. buti nalang din nabawi ko agad timbang after lagnatin 3 weeks ago..

    busy ako,di ako basta maka log,wala pa ako smart phone,2 months na hahah badtrip.. pero lagi pa ako na buhat,wala lang talaga update like selfie.. baka next month..

    @t4g4y paps, patulogn naman hanp kase ako ng gym sa may Ortigas malapit kase mag stay ako jan malapit for 2 weeks siguro. just checking out if alam mo mga gyms jan banda

    Meron din ako experience on supporter + warak shorts/pants. Difference is, I only realize na warak eh after I finish my gym session in the shower room.

    Nobody even cared to let me know that I've been displaying my brown buttcheeks all the time. Or maybe they enjoyed the view? LOL

    Teka mag wawalis lang ako dito sir ha, medyo last April 9 pa ang last post ng may ari eh hahahahaha
