ako lagi ako nagpapabili sa mader ko ng isang tray...150 large eggs na.. 3 eggs per day ako, training no yolk, rest days with yolks.

May taga kain ako ng yolk haha mga pamangkin ko.. sabi ko "Pag kinain nyo to may jollibee kayo sa Sunday" hehehe

Guys, ilang egg whites kaya pwede ko ilagay sa 1 serving of ON 100% Whey Protein? 6oz lang siya, hindi ba maglalasa? :P

2 egg yolk pwede na yun pero depende na rin sayo yun at wala naman lasa yun egg wHite. & for me d importante ang lasa , basta madaming protein at calorie. i eat it whatever it taste braH!!!!

Ako kinakain ko yung buong itlog. Di issue yang fats fats sakin. 5 eggs per day ako, minsan nagpriprito ako ng maiba naman.

Pinapapak ko yung scrambled/hard boiled egg habang nanonood. Hahaha

Ang binibili ko yung SM bonus na itlog. Isang itlog average of 54 grams.

Sakin di ko alam kung ilan, basta yung sa palengke na pinakamalaki.. 150 petot 35 pcs isang tray.. hehehe

Agree with @sir Dalts. At nasa klase din, meron yung native(brown), meron yung puti. Pero kapag sa ganyang standard:

fat = 4.6g
protein = 6.6g
carb = 0.7g

That would be... a large-sized white chicken egg.2g protein on egg whites and the rest on yolk.
